Hosted Buyer Programme
A Hosted Buyer is a decision-maker responsible for organising meetings, events, conferences or incentives.
The MITM’s Hosted Buyers package includes
- Accommodation B&B for 2 or 3 nights
- Entrance Badge for the fair
- Pre-arranged appointments
- Business Lunch
- Trasfers Airport / Hotel / Exhibition Centre /Airport
- Flight round trip to Milan Malpensa (or Expense Reimbursement)
- Support and assistance

Once accepted as a Hosted Buyer, MITM will arrange your itinerary. In return we ask for a commitment to be present at least during two days of the three days of MITM, to honor all requested and pre-arranged meetings with exhibitors and to attend the networking events and other prearranged meetings (will be made known closer to the date).
Not included in the Hosted Buyer Programme are: all private transfers, dinners (except during the networking events), flight, train and hotel upgrades, additional nights accommodation, personal extras, travel insurance.
